In light of our recent expansion news, we are on the prowl for two very awesome individuals to join our sales team. We are looking for one St. Paul on-premise rep as well as a Wisconsin sales rep to serve Madison, WI and the greater eastern WI area. Role: St. Paul Sales Representative (On-Premise)

We are seeking a full-time sales representative to handle our on-premise accounts in St. Paul and the greater east-metro area. This person will be responsible for establishing new bar/restaurant accounts and maintaining existing ones in an increasingly competitive market. Daily tasks will involve visiting multiple accounts to present our beer while working closely with our distribution partner to ensure excellent service to our customers. This person will represent Bauhaus at various off-site events throughout the year and will assist in scheduling/coordinating events at accounts. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Be 21 years old or older
  • Have a passion for and knowledge of craft beer
  • Have customer service and/or sales experience
  • Have excellent skills in written/verbal communication
  • Have reliable means of transportation and a clean driving record
  • Be able to lift up to 55 lbs and maneuver 165 lb kegs, on occasion
  • Experience in the beer industry preferred
  • Strong sense of self-motivation
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to establish and meet sales goals based on historical data and projected growth
  • Experience in creative fields a plus

Role: Wisconsin Sales Representative

We are seeking a full-time sales representative to serve Madison, WI and the greater eastern WI area. This person will be responsible for helping to strategize and execute the launch into this new market. Daily tasks will involve visiting multiple accounts to present our beer while working closely with our sales manager and distribution partner to ensure excellent service to our customers. This person will represent Bauhaus at various events throughout the year and be responsible for identifying new market opportunities. This position will report to our WI sales manager and will be responsible for keeping a log of daily activity and documenting relevant sales information. Because this position will be working almost entirely remotely, self-management and accountability will be critical skills to have. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Be 21 years old or older
  • Have a passion for and knowledge of craft beer
  • Have customer service and/or sales experience
  • Have experience in the beer industry
  • Have excellent skills in written/spoken communication
  • Have reliable means of transportation and a clean driving record
  • Be able to lift up to 55 lbs and maneuver 165 lb kegs, on occasion

Bauhaus Brew Labs is a family of musicians, scientists, artists and above all, beer lovers, aiming to reinvigorate the spirit of the family brewery. At Bauhaus, we take a unique look at classic German-inspired beer styles, skewed slightly by a sense of play and adventure. We opened our doors in July of 2014, and launched out four year round Haus beers in September. Our goal with this initial expansion is to get closer to meeting local demand for our core beers while working in new seasonal beers.
